SHIPPING

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the time frame stated; Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If there are any issues with verifying the address, we will contact you to resolve issue (s).

 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly.

 

The Body Shop DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

A shipping confirmation will be emailed/texted within 2-4 business days from the day the orderi was placed. Please be advised that this is an estimate and does NOT include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that show delivered in USPS system. If you believe your package has been tampered with or stolen. Please contact your local USPS Station or 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). All packages are insured with the United States Postal Service.

All sale items are FINAL SALE with no refunds, exchanges, or exceptions.
There are no refunds or returns on any supplements or products sold.

We offer exchanges on Shapewear and Activewear only, and only if the item is in perfect, unworn condition.


Any worn, damaged, or altered items will be automatically rejected. Exchanges are limited to the same item if it is currently in stock. If the item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.

All eligible merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Before sending anything back, you must email us first to initiate a return.


Do NOT ship items to our warehouse without approval and confirmed instructions from our sales team. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. No exceptions.
